Stunning garden, traditional architecture, captivating colonial history
With an empty minibar in what should be a luxury room, it feels like a letdown!!! The lack of air-conditioned dining options in the intense heat is truly inconvenient. Check-in delays add unnecessary stress!!!

A combination of hits and misses
The hotel offered exclusive VIP lounge access, along with 24hr complimentary drinks and snacks! We participated in amazing activities, making friends with fellow guests and creating cherished memories.
Breakfast was a huge buffet, yet helicopters buzz overhead from dawn to dusk, creating quite a distraction during meal times!

A Charming Stay with a Touch of History
The colonial ambiance is captivating, particularly during afternoon tea. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed. Dining at the Jungle restaurant featured tasty food and an engaging live show. Tip, Request a room away from the train tracks for a quieter night’s sleep.

Recommended for those seeking old-world charm
The staff was friendly and attentive, really made us feel special during our stay, especially when they offered us complimentary drinks at the bar. Our room had this vintage decor that felt like stepping back in time, which was a perfect match for the whole experience.
It wasn’t exactly affordable, but for the charm it offered, I’d say it was alright.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite. The bed was super comfy, which is a must! The shower was great too, and the thick towels were a nice touch. The room had a charming vibe with cool furniture and netting around the bed. It felt like we were staying in a little slice of history. But, it could use some sprucing up. it felt a bit tired, and we had issues with the toilet and shower flooding at times.

missingWrote a review on 18 Mayhigh teadelicious cocktailsfresh breakfast buffetunderwhelming fitness facilityfrustrating check-in process
Dive into the high tea—those lil' treats are pure magic! And don’t sleep on the cocktails by the bar, especially the mango and chili delight—seriously bomb flavors! Plus, the breakfast buffet was packed with fresh options, giving us the fuel we needed for exploring the falls.
On the flip side, the fitness room left a bit to be desired—not quite the luxe vibes you'd expect. Also, the check-in process had us waiting a bit, which was a tad frustrating.
